What is Mountainland Supply Company doing to keep their customers and employees safe? In March we put up barriers in place of our counters. This kept a safe 6 feet distance between customers and our employees. We also disinfect our counters and trucks, wiping them down and keeping them clean. Our branches all smell like Lysol currently. Employees have taken extra precautions by wearing gloves. As we interact with our customers and deliver their supplies, gloves have proven to be an extra step to beat this pandemic. Our biggest assset during this time has been the ability to continue business without needing our customers to come in. We use a texting tool called ProKeep, that allows our customers to send messages and pictures of what they need, so we can prepare and deliver them the right products without them having to come in if they are showing any sick symptoms.
What is Mountainland Supply Company doing to keep their and employees safe? We began a Telemed program throughout our company. This enables everyone that carries our company to call a doctor without needing to go through urgent care to speak directly with a doctor regarding any problems (not just COVID-19). Mountainland Supply Company has also brought in thousands of Mountainland Supply branded face masks and BUFF masks to aid everyone during this time. These masks have given employees peace-of-mind knowing they don't have to go out and try and find any type of safety precaution equipment in case of shortages during this time in the pandemic.
